Rejected Settlement (Updated)

UPDATE: This settlement will now be put forth for a vote by the full membership. The vote will likely be on Thursday and Friday of this week (October 1 and 2). Also, Department of Administration representatives will be at DEM Headquarters, 235 Promenade Street, 3rd floor cafeteria on Wednesday, September 30 at 12 noon to explain and answer any questions regarding the tentative agreement.
